Make Up Class

The school will provide a minimum of 18 study days for a term. However, due to some holidays, the number of days will be reduced. As for the school policy, the school will provide 18 days minimum study days in a term. If it is less than the minimum, the school will provide make-up classes to complete the term.

4^th Term (March 25 – April 19, 2024)
April 6, 2024 – Make up class
April 13, 2024 – Make up class

Academic Holiday and 1st Term 2025 (January 6-24, 2025)

Wales, Inc. will have a week holiday from December 30, 2024 – January 5,2025In connection with this, our first (1st) term for 2025 will have 15 days only.
Therefore, for students who enrolled earlier and will study until the next year (2025) and will be affected by this, the school will be providing make up classes.

a. The dates for the make-up classes will be as follows:

1. December 7, 2024 – Make up class
2. December 14, 2024 – Make up class
3. December 21, 2024 – Make up class

Condition:

1.Only the students who arrive at the start of the term will be given make-up classes. Students who arrive in the middle of the term will not be given make-up classes.

b. Pick up
No pick up on December 15 and 29, 2024. Pick up will resume on January 5,2025.

c. Housekeeping/ Room cleaning
The room cleaning schedule during the break would also be changed. Room cleaning will be scheduled on January 2 and 3, 2025 only. Rooms to be cleaned on the assigned dates will be posted on the bulletin board.

d. School Cafeteria
Students who avail themselves of the school cafeteria service will be given coupons for lunch and dinner before the academic break. Students have to give their coupons and claim their meals at the Business Lounge during that time.
